How long is the cord?
This phone headset cord is about 77 inches / 6.4 ft, and there is an extension coiling cable, so you can extend the cord to about 83 inches / 6.9 ft.
Does it work with cell phone or computer?
No, this is the RJ9 Jack telephone headset, it only works for some specific landline phone models listed in description.
Does it have a mute button?
Yes, this landline phone headset comes with a microphone mute button, you just need to push up/down to mute/unmute the microphone.
How to answer a call when using this headset?
You need to press the “headset button” if your telephone has the “headset jack”; If not, plug the headset into the “handset jack”, move away the handset and use the headset to answer the call, and put the handset back to the phone to hang up a call.
Is this compatible with any telephones with RJ9 headset jack?
