Shipping Policy
Cloud 504 Technologies LLC ships throughout the United States. All orders are processed within 1–2 business days unless otherwise stated.
Shipping Methods
We ship using trusted carriers:
- UPS
- FedEx
- USPS
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
Order Processing
- Orders placed before 2 PM CST ship the same or next business day
- Orders placed on weekends/holidays ship the next business day
Tracking Information
- Tracking numbers are emailed automatically after your order is shipped.
Backorders & Special Orders
- Special-order or dealer-restricted products may require extra processing time. Customers are notified of delays.
Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged:
- Document damage with photos
- Contact us within 48 hours
- We will file a claim and send replacement items
Delivery Issues
Cloud 504 is not responsible for:
- Wrong addresses entered at checkout
- Lost packages due to carrier error (we will assist with claims)
- Delays caused by weather or carrier backlog
