Why doesn’t the charging indicator light up when the transmitter product is connected to the charging cable?
The charging indicator light does not illuminate when the transmitter product is powered on and connected to the charging cable. It only displays the red charging status light when the product is powered off and charging.
Why is the product not working when connected to an iPhone?
Check if the indicator light on the RX receiver, connected to the phone, is illuminated, and if the phone screen is on. iPhones need to be screen-on and have the recording app open to power the product for operation.
Can the product be used while charging when connected to a phone?
Yes, it supports simultaneous charging and use. When connected to a phone, the Type-C charging port on the RX product can be used to charge the phone via a Type-C charging cable, addressing battery anxiety during live streaming or video recording.
What should I do if the device recognizes the receiver as headphones after insertion?
Even if the device recognizes the receiver as headphones, the recording function is not affected.
Does the receiver support direct audio playback when connected to an iPhone?
