Can I mute the microphone during a call?
Yes, this headset have smart mute function, just rotate the microphone up to mute, rotate it down to unmute.
Can I used left or Right?
Yes the microphone can be rotate for 270°, you can wear it on left side or right side as you like.
Could I use it for Zoom?
Yes it is compatible with Zoom, Skype, Google Meeting, Cisco Webex and other online conference APP, for some APP you may need to adjust the volume and pause on the APP.
Why is the volume still low when I turn the volume to max?
If you connect the headset with Android cellphone or tablet, you need to set “Sync Volume with phone” on you cellphone Bluetooth section.
Why there is no sound when I connect it with PC?
Please set select “BTD-Q2” headset as input& output device on your computer sound set.
How long does the headset last after full charged?
Hi, this headset last up to 20 hours for call and 24 hours for play videos, over 10 month for standby.
Is there any tips when turn on the microphone mute during a call?
yes there is a voice says “Mute On” and “Mute Off” when turn on and turn off the mute.
