Is there a mute button?
I‘m so sorry that the headset does not have a mute button. If you wish to mute the sound, please do it on your device.
Not enough volume in noisy van.
Since open ear headphones do not wrap around the ear, they may be struggle with high background noise. You could try increasing the volume on both the headset and your device, or you could insert included earplugs in your ears.
Can it connect to two devices at the same time?
YES, DG10 PRO allow users to connect to two devices at the same time.
NOTE: You can’t answer calls or enjoy the music on both devices at the same time, you could seamlessly switch between the 2 devices(please check the user manual for more details).
The headset doesnt stay connected well.
Please try resetting the headset and ensuring it’s fully charged, and check if there’s any interference from other devices nearby.
The product will stream music, but no calls will come through.
Please make sure the headset is connected to both music and call audio in your phone’s Bluetooth settings. Some headsets require you to specifically enable call audio, so double-check those settings and select “Allow”.
