Returns Eligibility
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for most new, unused, and undamaged products.
To be eligible for a return:
- Product must be in original packaging
- Serial numbers must match the item sold
- All accessories and documentation must be included
- Product must not be installed or altered
Non-Returnable Items
Due to manufacturer rules, the following items cannot be returned once opened or activated:
- Software licenses or digital products
- Activated VoIP phones or SIP licenses
- Special-order A/V, networking, or security equipment
- Clearance or final-sale items
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days
- Shipping charges are non-refundable
Exchanges
We will replace items that arrive defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Contact us within 7 days of delivery to request an exchange.
Return Shipping
Customer is responsible for return shipping unless the product is defective or the wrong item was shipped.
Cloud 504 will provide a prepaid label for defective / incorrect items.
