How to Pair the [DY103] with Your Computer?
When the computer is successfully paired with the headset, follow these steps to set it up: Settings 1: Computer System Settings > Sound > Output & Input (Speaker/Microphone) Device Select [DY103] Settings 2: Online Conference Software > Settings > Audio > Speaker & Microphone Device Select [DY103]
Headset Audio Settings When the wireless headset is successfully paired with the computer, please check the sound settings of both the computer and the software to make sure [DY103] is selected as the default output and input device (speaker/microphone) About Noise Reduction Our Bluetooth headset adopts environment noise cancelation technology, which mainly eliminates the non-human voice frequency band noise on your side to provide good call quality for your callers. (Such as children screaming and crying, dogs barking, and tv background sound…) however, that the voice of family members speaking at a normal volume is not environmental noise and cannot be filtered out. Please check both the computer and the software speaker & microphone device and select [DY103] Answer or Hang Up Calls If the wireless headset is connected to a mobile phone, you can click the MFB to answer/end calls on the headset; If the wireless headset is connected to a computer, you need to answer calls on the computer. Warm Reminder: MFB does not work with desk phones and landlines Charging Status The Bluetooth headset needs to be connected to a power source when placed on the charging base to charge. If the headset is charging through the base, the LED indicator light on the base will turn from white to slowly blinking white, and the LED indicator light on the headset will be solid red. When charging is complete, their LED indicator lights will all turn solid blue
