CONNECTIVITY TROUBLESHOOTING: The headphone is disabled during charging to protect the battery. If you experience Bluetooth pairing or connectivity issues in other situations, please try the following: 1. Delete the headphone from your host Bluetooth device. 2. Move the headphone and your host device closer (within 1m/3.3 ft). 3. Turn off the headphone, then press and hold the power button for 5 seconds to restart the pairing mode. 4.
