Please ensure to regularly update the firmware on the headset before use. Firmware can be easily downloaded and installed using the free BlueParrott Mobile App or through the BlueParrott updater on your computer. This update brings speaker and microphone improvements as well as other performance upgrades. Once updated, you’ll experience clearer calls, both for you and for those you’re talking to, as well as other performance enhancements designed to keep your headset connected and secure.
This headset will automatically work with Microsoft Teams Walkie Talkie when connected to a mobile device with Microsoft Teams Walkie Talkie installed. The Microsoft Teams app must be version 1416/1.0.0.2022372201 (2022372210 or newer). Users can instantly send and receive Push-to-Talk messages in Microsoft Teams Walkie Talkie without having to use their mobile device.
