Troubleshooting:
1: If your PC can not detect the camera as a windows hello camera, please check whether your PC has the built in IR camera, if yes, please disable, then please install or restart windows biometric service in your win 10/11 system. Next install HelloFace.inf. Then check whether need to modify the group policy settings.
