When using this wireless system with my speaker, there is a sudden howling.

1) Adjust the transmitter and speaker placement, ensuring the transmitter is not aimed directly at the speaker.

2) Try turning off the reverb and turning down the volume of the speaker to reduce howling.

There is noise when using this wireless system. How to reduce noise？

1) Check if there is a strong magnetic field or Wi-Fi signal interference nearby.

2) Use the included windscreen foam to reduce noise.

3) Adjust the volume of speaker and microphone according to distance until the microphone no longer makes noise.

Cannot be charged after being used for some time.

1) Please check if there are any abnormalities such as overheating.

2) If no other issues are present, the charging port has probably corroded from sweat. Wipe the charging port with alcohol, let it dry and then try charging again.

This wireless system doesn’t work with my Bluetooth speaker.

This wireless system is not compatible with portable mini speakers with Bluetooth only. Please choose a speaker with more than 15W power and a 1/4″ or 1/8″ microphone audio input port.
