Customers find the mobile hotspot easy to set up and appreciate its excellent WiFi coverage. However, the functionality and compatibility receive mixed reviews, with some reporting complete malfunctioning and compatibility issues with Verizon and AT&T. Moreover, the battery life and speed performance show mixed results – while some report excellent battery life, others mention it takes forever to charge, and while data speeds are better, some experience slower speeds. Additionally, the quality and value for money receive mixed feedback, with some considering it an excellent WiFi device while others find it terrible and not worth the price point.
